1 Introduction

3 Account Registration

4 Deposits & Payments

nk44 accepts deposits exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳) via the following payment channels: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, Sonali Bank, Visa, and Mastercard. All payment methods must be registered in your own name. nk44 does not accept third-party deposits under any circumstances.

• Minimum deposit: The minimum single deposit amount is ৳200. There is no upper deposit limit, though high-value deposits may trigger enhanced due-diligence verification.
• Processing time: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are credited to your nk44 wallet within 30 seconds under normal operating conditions. Bank card deposits may take up to 5 minutes to clear.

• Failed deposits: If a deposit is debited from your payment account but does not appear in your nk44 wallet within 15 minutes, please contact nk44 support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt duplicate payments before confirming with support.
• Currency: All balances, bets, winnings, and bonuses on nk44 are denominated exclusively in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). No foreign currency conversion is applied at any stage.

5 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your nk44 account are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent qualifying deposit, subject to verification checks. nk44 does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not previously used for a deposit on the account.

• Minimum withdrawal: The minimum single withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Processing time: Verified withdrawal requests are processed within the same business day. Withdrawals submitted after 22:00 Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) will be processed on the next business day.
• Verification requirement: All withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification. Players who have not completed full KYC verification may experience delays. nk44 strongly recommends completing verification immediately after account registration to avoid withdrawal hold-ups.
• Pending bonus conditions: Withdrawals from accounts with active bonus balances are subject to the applicable wagering requirements being met before the bonus-derived funds can be withdrawn. Real-money deposited funds not subject to bonus conditions may be withdrawn at any time.
• Withdrawal fees: nk44 does not charge withdrawal fees on standard requests. Express withdrawal processing for VIP Diamond-tier players is fee-free and prioritised.
• Right to withhold: nk44 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation where there is reasonable suspicion of fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

nk44 offers a range of promotional bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and VIP loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to the general conditions set out in this section and any specific terms communicated at the point of offer.

• Wagering requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement of 20x the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance. Specific promotions may carry different multipliers — always read the promotion-specific terms.
• Bonus expiry: Bonus funds and free bets expire 30 days after being credited to your account unless a different expiry period is specified. Expired bonus funds are removed automatically with no liability to nk44.
• One bonus per player: Players may not claim the same bonus more than once. Attempts to claim bonuses multiple times via duplicate accounts or shared payment methods constitute bonus abuse.

7 Betting Rules

All sports and cricket bets placed on nk44 are subject to the following general betting rules. Sport-specific and market-specific rules are published within the relevant sections of the Platform and apply in addition to these general rules.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only confirmed once you receive an on-screen confirmation and the stake has been deducted from your account balance. Bets that are not confirmed due to technical errors, odds changes, or insufficient balance are not valid.
• Odds changes: nk44 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is accepted. If odds change between the time you submit a bet and the time it is processed, nk44 will notify you of the updated odds. You may accept or decline the revised odds.

• Void bets: nk44 reserves the right to void any bet where there is evidence of a palpable error in odds, market suspension, or a manifest technical fault. Voided bets result in the stake being returned to your balance.
• Settlement: All bets are settled based on the official result as confirmed by the governing body of the sport or competition (e.g., ICC for cricket, FIFA for football). In-play markets are settled based on the score at the time the market was closed.

10 Intellectual Property

14 Account Termination

nk44 reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Failure to complete identity verification within the specified timeframe.

• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login, deposit, or wagering activity.

Where an account is terminated due to a breach of these Terms, nk44 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance, including deposited funds, bonus balances, and pending winnings. Where termination is initiated by nk44 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 10 business days.
